we exited Mati. The road to Mati around 55KM, also passes the towns of
Pantukan, Banay Banay, and Lupon and are composed of unpaved and newly cemented
roads.
To
reach Cezar falls from Maragusan travel for around 5 KM on the road going to
Mati, upon reaching Brgy. Mapawa, ask for directions , better yet get a guide.
The roads going to the jump off point of the falls are tricky. You will enter
the complex and intricate world of banana plantation, We got lost several
times. The jump off point is on the top portion of the mountenous part of the
banana plantation, There is a house where you could ask for directions. From
the house you will be directed to a grassy and muddy small trail which ends up
in a river, go upwards to reach Cezar falls. Total trekking time 45 minute to
one hour.
